1. Instant Service Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both users and service professionals.
Free Cancellation
- You can Cancel an instant service booking at no charge before a provider is allotted or starts traveling to your location.
- In this case, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method.
No Refund After Provider Is Allotted or Ride Has Started
- If a provider has already been allotted and started traveling or arrived at your location, cancellation is allowed but no refund will be issued.
- This compensates providers for time, fuel, and the opportunity cost of missed jobs.
Abuse Prevention
- Repeated cancellations (for example, more than 5 in a single day) may result in temporary suspension or account deactivation.
- Please avoid booking if you are unsure about availability.
Cancellation Before Scheduled Service Time
- For scheduled (non-instant) bookings, cancel anytime before the scheduled service time for a full refund if the provider has not started travel or service has not begun.
- Once the provider is en route or the scheduled time has started, the booking may no longer be eligible for a refund.
2. Monthly Babysitter/Others Subscription Refund Policy
Advance Confirmation Amount
- We collect a certain percentage of the total subscription fee as an advance confirmation amount.
- This amount is fully refundable if you do not like the profiles shared and no interviews have been conducted.
- If interviews are conducted, the advance becomes non-refundable, even if you decide not to continue.
- The confirmation payment is valid for 15 days from the payment date; after that window it is non-refundable.
Subscription Refund Rules

| If no provider assigned at all | 100% refund | You can cancel anytime. |
| If unsatisfied with the provider | Free replacement | Subscription paused during replacement process. |
Important Notes
- Refunds exclude payment gateway processing fees.
- Replacements are prioritized within 2–3 working days.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
