1. Instant Service Cancellation Window
- Instant service bookings: Cancel for free—no questions asked (But please remember, Cancelations affects service providers trust and happiness).
- Full refund processed to your original payment method.
- Repeated cancel in single day i:e More than 5 Cancelations in day may led to account termination.
- Don’t issue any kind of cancelation charges to service providers.
2. Cancellation Before Service Time
- No advance fees collected during instant services.
- There is no applicable charges before service time.
3. Missed or No-Show by Service Provider
- If a service provider fails to show up, you’re eligible for a 100% refund or free reschedule—your choice.
4. Unsatisfactory Service Experience
- If you’re not satisfied with the quality of service:
- Report within 24 hours with photos or details through ticket system in app.
- We’ll offer a rework, replacement provider, or partial/full refund after internal review.
- Warranty services are reworked by same provider or may differ from previous.
5. Subscription or Monthly Plans
- If service booked and changed mind to get refund in 3 days – Get 100 % refund (minus payment gateway charges).
- Subscription starts from the effective date of service provider arrival.
- Get unlimited replacement & hiring supports for all subscription plans.
- Subscription date get freeze until replacements done to the customer.
- Cancel anytime through our app platform & get refund without asking questions.
- After 7 days of service provider allotted to the services. (If provider not allotted 100 % will be refundable)
→ 75% refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any). - After 50% days of subscription service will get partial replacement (Completed 15 days of 30 days & Initiate for refund)
→ 50% refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any). - Above 75% days of subscription service refund not applicable (Completed 23 days of 30 days & Initiate for refund)
- Mislead in refund policy may affect cancelation charges, Permanent account suspension & Termination of service provider from platform. (hiding hired personal for getting refunds are crime to the company and affects business)
6. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds to bank account: 5–7 business days.
- Refunds to Quick Genie wallet: Instant.
- We’ll notify you via SMS/email once processed.
7. Exceptions & Important Notes
- Emergencies or natural disruptions: Flexible rescheduling or full refunds.
- Repeated misuse or false claims may lead to account suspension.
